Frequently asked questions

How do I open an account?

Fill in the "Call me back" form. We call you, listen to your needs and then open your account; you set your own password with the link sent to your email. We never know your password.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. Choose a period on the My Plan page in the app and you get a reference code; pay with that code in the description. Your plan is activated once the payment reaches our account, usually within the same business day.

What happens when the period ends?

Your data is not deleted. You can sign in and see your records, reports and statements, but you cannot enter new sales, orders or documents. Your QR menu stays open for 7 more days. As soon as you renew, everything continues where it left off.

Do I lose anything if I renew early?

No. The new period starts the day after your current period ends; your remaining days are kept.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Once your payment is approved, an invoice is issued to your company details.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Berenity runs in the browser; sign in with the same account from a computer, tablet or phone.
